Cancellation Policy

Booking policy: All deposits are non-refundable. Any appointments that are more than 10 minutes late will have to be rescheduled and a new deposit will be made. No call no show appointments, deposits will not be refunded and a new deposit must be made before rebooking.All cancelation or rescheduling needs to be made 48 hours prior to the appointment. Not canceling or rescheduling 48 hours prior to appointment, you will be charged for the price of the appointment scheduled .*any client that has lashes on from a different tech there will be a $20 Additional charge to any lash service. Because most techs will not work over any other techs work they charge for a new set. Also if the client books online and does not have at least 2-3 weeks of lashes from the previous lash fills from previous tech it will be a full set price
